Position Overview:

Hayven Rides, LLC is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a School Van Driver. Hayven Rides is comprised of a close-knit team of individuals with over 10 years in transportation services. Our mission is to create a seamless gateway to transportation that ignites opportunity and equal access to the communities who need it most.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of school children to and from their destinations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Arizona driver's license, CPR training, and the ability to meet the company's high standards for safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport school children to and from designated locations.
Follow predetermined routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained school van.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transit.
Provide excellent customer service to parents, school staff, and passengers.
Collaborate with the operations team to address any scheduling or routing changes.
Communicate effectively with parents and school officials as needed.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid and current Arizona driver's license.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
First Aid Training.
Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) required.
Must be willing to update CPR certification as needed.
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check. (federal, state and county).
Drug Screening.
DOT Physical.
AZDPS Fingerprint Card.
Sensitivity Awareness Training.
Defensive Driving Training.
Signed up under a Drug Consortium.
Must be 21 years of age or older with 2 years of driving experience.

Candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Hayven Rides will cover the cost of all necessary training, screening, background checks, and any other costs associated with onboarding.

Onboarding Process:

In addition to the above requirements, candidates selected for the School Van Driver position will undergo a thorough onboarding process to include a driving test, evaluation of driving skills, and Customer Service Training:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in school transportation or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Punctuality and reliability are crucial for this position.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Good vision and hearing.

Hayven Rides is comprised of a close-knit team of individuals with over 10 years in transportation services. Our mission is to create a seamless gateway to transportation that ignites opportunity and equal access to the communities who need it most.

The primary responsibility of the monitor is to support the driver and to provide oversight of school children during their transport to and from their destinations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Arizona driver's license, CPR training, and the ability to meet the company's high standards for safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Responsibilties:

Must stay awake and alert throughout the entire route.
Must possess a smart phone with the following capabilities:

GPS Navigation
Wi-Fi
Bluetooth capability

Monitors must be proficient in the features listed above.

Monitors must be prepared to perform a variety of duties such as:

Tending to the needs and behaviors of the passengers
Assisting the drivers with directions
Making any necessary phone calls on behalf of the driver
Respond to any calls or texts from the office as promptly as possible but most certainly within 30 minutes.
Provide excellent customer service to parents, school staff, and passengers.
