All of our vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable ride. Our Operations team inspects vehicles daily to ensure safety and compliance with federal, state, local and school district transporation requirements. Our fleet management system alerts the drivers and the Operations team when maintenance is required or if there are issues that need to be resolved before every trip.
- Our GPS system tracks our maintenance schedules and provides us with a variety of alerts to include oil changes, tire rotations, preventive maintenance and more.
- Our real-time GPS tracking system allows us to locate our passengers every step of the way in an instant and allows us the ability to track vehicles in real time as well as the past with "route replay,"
- Our GPS monitors speeds and provides alerts corresponding to each driver/vehicle. Our operations team, drivers and parents can view this information via mobile app or web browser. Our drivers also receive "report cards" on driver behavior and performance.
- Our vehicles are equipped with two-way facing on board dash cams, and our internal cameras provide real-time views of activity inside the vehicle, allowing us to monitor the driver and the passenger at all times.

In order to meet the necesssary safety standards, our drivers must pass multiple screening requirements before becoming eligible to drive passengers. This includes:

- Enrollment in a drug and alcohol consortium for pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random testing

- Complete Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Training

Live monitors can be provided upon request and they are trained, and background checked according to state requirements.
